However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned—whether it’s a product that doesn’t quite meet your expectations or an item that arrives damaged. This Return Policy outlines the procedures, conditions, and timeframes under which returns and exchanges are accepted at CurvMart. Whether you are unsatisfied with a product, received a defective item, or simply changed your mind, our policy is designed to provide clarity and peace of mind.

2. General Return Policy
2.1 Items Eligible for Return We accept returns on most products, provided they meet the following conditions:
• The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
• The item must include all accessories, manuals, and documentation that were originally provided.
• The item must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation email).
2.2 Items Not Eligible for Return Certain items are not eligible for return due to their nature, hygiene reasons, or specific conditions:
• Perishable goods such as food and flowers.
• Personal care items like cosmetics, skincare products, and undergarments.
• Customized or personalized products made to your specifications.
• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
• Digital products and downloadable software.
2.3 Return Period by Category
• Electronics and large appliances: 14 days from delivery.
• Apparel and footwear: 15 days from delivery.
• Health and beauty products: 7 days from delivery.
2.4 Condition of Items for Return Items must be:
• In original, unused condition.
• With all packaging, tags, and labels intact.
• Including all components, accessories, and documentation.
• Not altered, washed, or customized.
2.5 Proof of Purchase Required documents:

2.6 24-Hour Cancellation Window Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet shipped. To cancel, log into your CurvMart account and navigate to your order history.
3. How to Initiate a Return
3.1 Online Return Request
• Log in to your CurvMart account.
• Go to order history and select the item to return.
• Click “Return” and follow instructions.
• Print the return shipping label.
3.2 Return Authorization Number (RAN)
• Some returns require a RAN.
• Provided during the online process.
• Must be clearly marked on the return package.
3.3 Packaging & Shipping Instructions
• Repackage the item securely.
• Include accessories and proof of purchase.
• Affix the shipping label.
• Drop off or schedule pickup.
3.4 Return Shipping Costs
• CurvMart pays if it's our fault (damaged, wrong item).
• You pay if it’s a change of mind.

4. Refund Process
4.1 Refund Method Refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit.
4.2 Timeframe Refunds take 7-10 business days from receipt of returned item.

• Item is not in resaleable condition.
• Item is missing packaging/accessories.
• Item is returned after the standard period.
4.4 Restocking Fees May apply for:

4.5 Shipping Costs Shipping fees are non-refundable unless:
• CurvMart made an error
• Item was damaged and not replaceable
4.6 Instant Refund for Items Under ₹200 Items under ₹200 may not need to be returned. CurvMart may issue a refund instantly to simplify the process and reduce waste.
4.7 Bonus Store Credit Option Choose store credit instead of a refund and receive an extra 10% value. For example, a ₹1000 refund becomes ₹1100 store credit.
5. Exchanges
5.1 Eligibility Exchanges accepted if:
• Within the return window.
• Item is in original condition.
• Same product, different size/color.
5.2 Process
• Same as initiating a return.
• Select “Exchange” during process.
• Ship back the original item.
• New item ships once original is received.
5.3 Items Not Eligible for Exchange
• Final sale or clearance items
• Customized/personalized items
• Perishables, beauty products, undergarments
5.4 Damaged/Defective Items Replacement sent free of charge. Follow the defective return process.

7.1 Electronics: 14-day return. Remove personal data. 7.2 Apparel & Footwear: 15-day return. Must be unworn. 7.3 Health & Beauty: 7-day return. Unopened only. 7.4 Perishables: Non-returnable. Contact support within 24 hrs if damaged. 7.5 Custom Products: Non-returnable unless defective. 7.6 Holiday Return Extension: Items purchased Dec 1–Jan 5 can be returned until Jan 15.
8. Gifts and Promotions
8.1 Gift Returns Gifted items can be returned with standard conditions. Refunds go as store credit.
8.2 Free Promotional Items Free items must be returned with the original product. Otherwise, their value will be deducted.
8.3 Sale Items Final sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.
9. International Returns
