Sellers retain rights to their own product images and content, but by listing on Curvmart, they grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content for marketing and platform display purposes.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curvmart and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
• Loss of profits

• Loss of goodwill

• System failure

17. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends immediately. Any outstanding obligations (like unpaid dues or unresolved orders) will still be enforceable.
You may also terminate your account anytime by contacting customer support — but keep in mind, some of your data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g. taxation, fraud prevention).
18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. By using Curvmart, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur,india — fill in the city you operate from (let me know which city, Riyaz, and I’ll update this).
Any disputes shall be resolved under Indian legal processes, and you agree to waive any objections regarding jurisdiction or venue.
19. Dispute Resolution
We’re all about keeping things chill. But if drama shows up (aka legal disputes), here’s how we handle it:
Initial Resolution Attempt
Before taking any legal action, both you and Curvmart agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting our support team at support@curvmart.com . Most issues can be solved with a simple email and some good vibes. ✌️
Arbitration Clause
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to final and binding arbitration, conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration proceedings shall be held in Jaipur,india and conducted in English.
No Class Actions
You agree to resolve disputes with Curvmart on an individual basis, not as part of a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.
20. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll do our best to notify you through the website or via email.
It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically. Continued use of Curvmart after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
